Basic Music Theory.
Staff :- A Set of 5 lines and 4 spaces where music is generally written.
Clef:- It is French word, which means "key" in English, where symbols placed at the left hand end of a staff (in plural Stave), indicating the pitch of the notes written on it.
Notes:- A sign used in music that represents the relative duration and pitch of a sound.
Kind of Notes
- Semibreve:- It is a note having the time value of two minims or four crotchets, represented by a ring with no stem. In simple terms it is one note/Rest that is played/counted for four counts.

- Minim:- A note having the time value of two crotchets or half a semibreve, represented by a ring with a stem. In simple terms, it's one note/Rest that is played/counted for 2 counts.

- Crotchet:- A note having the time value of a quarter of a semibreve or half a minim, represented by a large solid dot with a plain stem.In simple terms, it is one note/Rest that is played/counted for one count.

Right hand side is the rest. - Quaver:- A note having the time value of an eighth of a semibreve or half a crotchet, represented by a large dot with a hooked stem. In simple terms, it is a note/Rest that is played/counted for half a count.
